How much does Arkathos cost?

Does Arkathos include texting and phone calls?
Texting and calls come with the Business Phone add-on: a local number with 500 texts a month for $19/mo, plus an AI receptionist that answers calls in three sizes, 100, 300, or 1,000 minutes a month. You can change size any time, and if minutes run out, calls ring through to your phone instead of running up a bill. Without the add-on, reminders and updates go out by email and through your client portal.
Is there a free trial?

Do I have to switch from QuickBooks or my payroll provider?

Does Arkathos run payroll or file my taxes?
Arkathos itself doesn't. Payroll runs in your payroll provider: add Books & Payroll and we set up Zoho Payroll for you, or connect the Gusto or QuickBooks account you already have. The provider runs payroll and files payroll taxes, and your accountant or tax software files your returns. Arkathos reads the results, tracks deadlines, and flags anything that looks off so nothing slips.
